The CRB, Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, is one of the most respected and relevant designations offered in the real estate business management.  The CRB community has only 7,000 members worldwide, and is earned by only Brokers who complete a comprehensive study program and exam.  The Council's leading-edge education and resources make its Broker members the most dedicated and highly skilled managers in the industry.  Also, the referral network of the CRB is effective in marketing properties to buyers throughout the world.

The GRIdesignation is earned by completing a national program of advanced and specialized education, involving intense study of special aspects of the real estate business. Only 9% of realtors nationally have earned this designation.  These studies involve investments, cost basis, appreciation, marketing, exchanges, tax issues, financing, to name a few.  The designation is earned by completing a rigorous educational program of 92 hours of live coursework and then passing an exam.

Only 5%of all realtors have CRScredentials, as this is the most professional residential designation available to realtors.  The Certified Residential Specialist Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in experience and education.  In addition, CRS members benefit from an important network of CRS members throughout the country who refer buyers and sellers to one another.  These referrals help to market and sell properties.

CREC, Commercial Real Estate Certification, is an educational program developed by the UNLV Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies, designed to further educate Brokers about all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate.  Among the live courses required are financing, tax-deffered exchange, land acquisition, real estate development, commercial leasing and other relevant topics.
